Refund & Cancellation Policy

GoIqra strives to provide a smooth and fair learning experience for every student. If a tutor is unable to conduct a class, we will always arrange a makeup session without charging extra. Students or parents who wish to cancel or reschedule a class must inform us at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds are considered only in genuine cases where services were not delivered as promised, such as repeated missed classes without makeup. Missed classes without prior notice are non-refundable, but we make every effort to adjust schedules to avoid inconvenience.
